The Barbados Licensing Authority (BLA) is the official government institution for the management of all vehicle and driving licence services.

The entity is responsible for the testing and issuing of driving licences and the registration of all vehicles on the island.

The BLA also carries out vehicle inspections on all categories of vehicles to ensure they are compliant, road worthy and suitable to drive on the road.

No, not that this time as that branch will be undergoing repairs shortly so that we will be best able to serve customers from the southern parts of the island, soon. You may visit our branches at Holetown, St. James or Pine, St. Michael instead.
