Access to and movement within buildings for people with disabilities
Disposal of solid waste
Drainage and the provision of sanitary facilities
Fitness of materials and workmanship
Miscellaneous hazards
Miscellaneous structures
Particularly for persons with disabilities
Sound insulation in some residential-type buildings
Structural integrity
Ventilation of and energy efficiency
The Director of the Planning and Development Department typically requires this information for the construction, extension(s), alteration(s), and change of use of buildings. These types of buildings include:
