Government Electrical Engineering Department carries out electrical inspections of residential, commercial and industrial electrical installations to ensure they meet national standards. It also provides certification of compliance for electrical installations of all domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations that are to be connected to the island’s electrical grid.
