Lodge Hill in St. Michael will undergo road rehabilitation for approximately four weeks starting Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. nightly.

B&R Infrastructure Ltd., the contractor working on behalf of the Ministry of Transport and Works (MTW), will deep mill the roadway, excavate some sections, construct kerbs, clean suck wells and drains, and pave the road.

During construction hours, the road will be closed. Public Service Vehicles (PSVs) and emergency vehicles will have access. Local access will also be facilitated where possible.

The work will start at the small roundabout west of PriceSmart, and progress westward along Lodge Hill in phases. Traffic approaching from the small roundabout will be diverted onto Warrens Close or towards Green Hill. Vehicles approaching Lodge Hill from Well Road or the Gordon Cummins Highway will be diverted at West Road during the first phase of the work.
