The Tree Trimming Unit of the Ministry of Transport and Works (MTW) will cut and remove trees along Collymore Rock, St. Michael, opposite the Collymore Rock Church of the Nazarene, on Sunday, October 20, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Due to the nature of the work, the road will be closed from the entrance of Highgate Gardens to the gas station in Collymore Rock. Local access will be permitted to residents and patrons of the church.  

Motorists approaching from Wildey will need to divert along Flag Staff Road or Wildey Road, while those approaching Collymore Rock from Bridgetown will need to divert at Villa Road or Pine Plantation Road.

Motorists and pedestrians are advised to be cautious, drive slowly and follow the directions of the traffic wardens when travelling through the area.
