Residents, businesses, and road users are advised that the Ministry of Transport and Works (MTW) will be paving Bird Hill, Haggatt Hall, St. Michael, on Tuesday August 12, 2025, between 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

As a result, the road will be closed for the duration of the paving and motorists are advised to take an alternative route.

 B and R Infrastructure Ltd has completed the milling of the roadway. MTW’s Paving Unit will follow on with paving.

The Paving Unit will also pave Butler’s Road off Lodge Road and Sargeant’s Tenantry Road in Christ Church. C.O Williams Construction Ltd. is scheduled to mill Butler’s Road on Monday, August 11 while Infra Construction Inc. is set to mill on Tuesday August 12, 2025. MTW and the contractors thank persons for their continued patience and apologise for any inconvenience, as they seek to further improve road conditions across the island.
