The Paving Unit of the Ministry of Transport and Works (MTW) will resurface Foul Bay, St. Philip while C. O Williams Construction Ltd. will carry out work on Philips Road in St. Joseph, in a continued effort to further improve road conditions across the island.

Starting Monday, July 7, 2025, Infra Construction Inc. will begin milling in Foul Bay; while C.O. Williams Construction Ltd will carry out milling in Philips Road. After the milling, MTW’s Paving Unit will then pave Foul Bay, However, C.O. Williams will pave Philips Road.  All the contractors will work between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., daily weather permitting.

Foul Bay and Philips Road will be closed during working hours; however, the contractors will make provisions for local access.
